(Thunder and lightning. Three witches enter.)
Narrator : A long time ago, Scotland was at war. Duncan, the King of Scotland had to defend his country. His army was strengthened by brave, strong and valiant Scottish warrior, the great of this was Macbeth.
(Music plays: opening song)
First Witch : When shall we three meet again? In thunder, lightning, or in the rain?
Second Witch: When the hurly-burly’s done. When the battle’s lost and won.
Third Witch : Before the setting of the sun.
First Witch : Where’s the place?
Second Witch: Upon the heath.
Third Witch : There to meet with Macbeth.
All : Macbeth... Macbeth... Macbeth...(dances in circle)
First Witch : Thane of Glamis.
Second Witch: Thane of Cawdor.
Third Witch : We’re coming.
All : Fair is foul, and foul is fair. Hover through the fog and filthy air. Fair is foul, and foul is fair. Hover through the fog and filthy air... (Humming)
First Witch : Thank you! My name is Witch-Witch. This is my sister, Weird-Witch. And this is my other sister, Spell-Witch. And together, we are The Weird Sisters!
All : We weird sisters, hand in hand, posters of the sea and land, dancing as we sing and shout, thus to go about, about, thrice to thine, and thrice to mine, thrice again to make up nine, thrice to thine and thrice to mine, and thrice again to make up nine.
(Enter Macbeth and Banquo.)
Macbeth : So foul a day I have not seen.
Banquo : Who are these ugly women?
First Witch : I’m Witch-Witch!
Third Witch : I’m Spell Witch.
Second Witch: I’m Weird Witch.
Macbeth : (to witch2)…I’m sorry, I don’t catch your name, you are which witch?
First Witch : Yes.
Macbeth : (getting angry) which witch?
First Witch : Yes.
Macbeth : Hello…I’m asking what’s your name?!
First Witch : Witch-Witch.
Macbeth : You!!! You are so weird!
First Witch : (pointing to Weird Witch) she’s Weird Witch. I’m Witch-Witch.
Macbeth : I don’t want to talk to you anymore. (Walks towards Spell Witch) tell me your name.
Third Witch : Spell Witch.
Macbeth : W.I.T.C.H, now tell me your name.
Third Witch : Spell Witch.
Macbeth : I’ve just spelled it! Now, answer my question!
Banquo : It’s very simple you dummy. Use your brain. This witch's name is Witch-Witch. Her first name is Witch and her last name is Witch.
Macbeth : ‘Which’ is her first name?
Banquo : The noun "Witch," not the adjective "Which"!
Macbeth : Which of you is the Adjective Witch? Arghh…Can we please go back to the war now? This is driving me crazy!
First Witch : All hail, Macbeth! Hail to thee, Thane of Glamis!
Second Witch: All hail, Macbeth! Hail to thee, Thane of Cawdor!
Third Witch : All hail, Macbeth, that shalt be King hereafter!
(The witches disappeared)
Macbeth : Wait a minute! Wait just a minute! You can call me all sorts of nice names, but you're not fooling anybody. I'm the Thane of Glamis, but I'm not the Thane of Cawdor. And the idea that I could be King! It's ridiculous! It's absurd!
Narrator : Soon after that, King Duncan received the news that Macbeth had won the battle against Norway and he appointed him as Thane of Cawdor. Since then, Macbeth starts to believe in the prophecies that were told by the witches.
Macbeth : What?!! I'm the Thane of Cawdor! Boy, my wife is going to be surprised to hear that.
Narrator : In the Inverness, Lady Macbeth called for the evil spirit to unsex her after hearing the good news. (Lady Macbeth sings the content of the letter)

Lady Macbeth: Great Glamis! Worthy Cawdor!
Macbeth : Who are you???
Lady Macbeth: I’m your wife.
Macbeth : My wife is not a man.
Lady Macbeth: Oh that! That's nothing to worry about. I just said, "Spirits that tend on mortal thoughts unsex me here," and I was turned into a man. But I'm sure it's only temporary. It's nothing to worry about.
Macbeth : That's easy for you to say! What's King Duncan going to say when he sees you?
Lady Macbeth: The king, is he coming here?
Macbeth : Tonight!
(Music plays: How Do You Murder a King?) Lady Macbeth exits. Macbeth’s soliloquay takes place before he sings)
Macbeth : (soliloquay) if it were done, when ‘tis done, then were well
It was done quickly. If the assassination of the king had no further consequences, and if he death guarantee success, and if I struck the blow will be the end of the matter, I would take the risk!!!!!
How do you murder a king?
Is there a reason for such treason?
He in my house, he my guest

You and I
Get your courage up now
You stop thinking nonsense

(music plays: Hurt)
Seems like it was yesterday when I killed him.
He told me how proud he was, but I walked away
If only I knew what I know today, ooh, ooh
I would respect you a lot, I would sacrifice my life
Thank you for all you've done, forgive all my mistakes
There's nothing I wouldn't do to bring you back alive
Sometimes I wanna call you but I know you won't be there.
Oh, I'm sorry for killing you
For everything I did to you
And I've hurt myself by being mad

I was guilty to kill him
But can u tell me who is

Doctor : Sir Macbeth Sir Macbeth! The Queen is in trouble!
Macbeth : Can you untroubled her?
Doctor : She has to do that herself.
Macbeth : What can you do?
Doctor : I can hand you my bill. I'd be grateful if you'd pay it before the enemy soldiers get here. (Macbeth gives the doctor the bill and he informs Macbeth that the queen has dead.)
Narrator : At that very moment also, a servant comes up to Macbeth and informs him about the moving Birnam Wood.

Macbeth : How many soldiers in all are coming against us?
Servant : Twenty-four thousand.
Macbeth : How many have we got on our side?
Servant : Only six.
Macbeth : Just six thousand!
Servant : No, just six soldiers. (Counting fingers, 1-6) Everyone else deserted.
Narrator : Macbeth feels so sad and recites the Life’ Brief Candle poem.
Macbeth : "To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow, Creeps in this petty pace from day to day, To the last syllable of recorded time, and all our yesterdays have lighted fools, the way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player. That struts and frets his hour upon the stage. And then is heard no more: it is a tale. Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."
Narrator : He regrets all his wicked deeds and plans to make peace with Macduff. Therefore, he sends a letter of apology to Macduff and his comrades.
